From idea to product: innovating for customer safety

This new barrier concept has been implemented in the manufacture of surgical gloves designed to reinforce the efficacy of the healthcare worker/patient barrier.

The G-VIR® glove tested on the European market since November 2003 is the first application of this technology. It is targeted at medical professionals which have to deal with Blood Exposure Accidents (BEAs).
