G-VIR® reduces the viral load in the event of MMSE
The biological tests used to evaluate the G-VIR® glove's barrier effect under normal conditions of use is based on the ASTM 1671-97 standard, which measures the glove's porosity vis-à-vis the Phi- X -174 bacteriophage: "Resistance of materials used in protective clothing to penetration by blood-borne pathogens using Phi- X -174 bacteriophage penetration as a test system".
G-VIR®'s activity in the event of viral permeation across a pierced glove is evaluated against a specific protocol derived from the same standard.
