The use of G-VIR® gloves is particularly indicated for medical procedures and operations at high risk of blood exposure accidents (BEAs).

These acts have common denominators linked to:

•  duration of the operation (in surgery) and degree of hemorrhage, the highly invasive procedures, blind or poorly visualized procedures.... Under these conditions, G-VIR®'s barrier quality reinforces safety vis-à-vis the risks of blood contact.

•  use of sharp or perforating instruments such as scalpels, hollow bore or solid needles, catheters, trocars, etc. G-VIR®'s specific features in terms of its unique disinfectant action vis-à-vis soiled objects (including hollow needles) mean that it is a very appropriate protective measure.
