Division of Hutchinson Worldwide, Hutchinson Sante manufactures G-Vir, the surgical gloves incorporating a disinfecting agent which reinforce the healthcare worker-patient barrier by reducing the viral load transmitted in the event of a blood exposure accident.
G-vir gloves: synthetic, powder-free, sterile medical gloves.
Medical staff are confronted on a daily basis with the risk of viral or bacterial contamination through contact with blood or other biological fluids.

The Gvir:antiviral gloves, allow to reduce the risks of contamination with the HIV or hepatitis B and C viruses which constitutes a major preoccupation for health care workers (viral hepatitis prevention

)

The GVIR glove reduces viral load transmitted to the wearer by a sharp or perforating object (scalpels, needles etc.) during percutaneous injuries and needle stick injury. The protective gloves are including the dynamic barrier concept to allow the expulsion of disinfecting agent onto the object which pierces the glove : (disinfectant gloves)
